In summary the suspect will call a hotel switchboard and state they are calling from head office as part of a quality call back scheme.
They will ask to get put through to a room that has received room service. Once through they tell the guests that they are from room service and their recent order failed to be processed for payment. In order to process the order they will require the credit card details again. The suspect will then record all the credit card details and use these fraudulently for financial gain.
The phone call begins with a caller saying that one of his clients
stayed at our hotel last week and left a mobile phone in the room .
